i4T Global WCAG Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. 

i4T Global is fully conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Fully conformant means that the content fully conforms to the accessibility standard without any exceptions.

i4T Global is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:

Website Accessibility Assessment Approach

We took a self-evaluation approach to assess i4T Global’s accessibility. 

We have tested all the elements manually as well as via digital tools available online, and have made required adjustments to the website as needed to make our website fully conformed with the WCAG.

Website Accessibility Limitations

While we strive to ensure our website is accessible to all users, some limitations may remain. These include:

Legacy Content: Certain older content or features may not fully meet current accessibility standards. 

Third-Party Tools: Some external tools or services integrated into our website may not be fully accessible.

Dynamic Content: Automated or dynamic content may present challenges in achieving full accessibility.

User Testing: We have not yet conducted extensive user testing with individuals with disabilities.

We are committed to continuously improving accessibility and are actively working to address these limitations.

Web Accessibility Complaints Handling Procedure

At i4T Global, Our procedure for handling accessibility complaints is as follows:

We accept complaints via email, phone, or feedback form, and acknowledge receipt within 24-48 hours.

We review each issue, find and test solutions, and update the complainant. If needed, we escalate the issue and use feedback to improve our solutions.

When submitting an accessibility complaint, please include:

  • A description of the ICT that needs accessibility improvements.
  • The web address (URL) of the inaccessible content, if applicable.
  • How the issue affects the person’s ability to access information or services.
  • Your name, email address, and phone number.
  • Any additional supporting information or documentation.

At i4T Global, we’re dedicated to making our website accessible to everyone, including those with disabilities.

We tested the site thoroughly, though we didn’t include user testing with individuals with disabilities. The final statement was approved by senior management and is available on our website to ensure transparency and commitment.
