This led me to seek digital consultation and training to keep up with the emerging technology trends in the plumbing industry, specifically Field Service Management.
As a result, we have partnered with one of Australia’s emerging Field Service Management Software, i4T Business, to make it easy for our customers to get quotes and keep track of job progress anytime, anywhere. Most importantly, it has helped us build a trusted relationship with our clients, turning them into brand ambassadors and spurring business.
