Alan has been a business coach for 8 years helping more than 60 business owners ranging from sole traders to teams of 40 in multiple different trades.
He isn’t just a coach who teaches theories he has learnt, he actually owns a field service business, a fire protection maintenance business servicing over 2,700 sites in South Australia. The business is the leader in their niche – there are multiple awards confirming this.
Over the last 15 years Alan has built that business so that he can manage it in less than a couple of hours each day. This has allowed him to give back to other field service business owners through coaching, sharing content and writing books.
He is an author of 5 books covering a diverse range of subjects from time management, delegation, managing contractors and emergency planning.
Software is a vital step, but not the only step for business owners to achieve freedom from entrepreneurial slavery -as a coach Alan’s role is to show owners those other steps.
