Sachi Wickramage
My dedication to advancing digital innovation extends beyond i4T Global. I am honored to serve as a distinguished Member of the Board of Directors, and a Member of the Grand Jury for the United Nations based World Summit Awards (WSA), a prestigious initiative that recognizes and promotes disruptive digital technologies with significant societal impact. I am also humbled to have been appointed as the National Expert for Australia by the UN WSA, leading the charge in spearheading the organization’s Australian Chapter.
Before co-founding i4T Global in 2017, I had the privilege of working as the Head of Operations & Product Development at hSenid Outsourcing, a subsidiary of hSenid Software International. Over my decade-long career at hSenid Group, I collaborated with talented teams to successfully manage over 50 large-scale IT projects across various sectors, including telecommunications, human resources, eCommerce, finance, healthcare, government services, and entertainment.
Driven by a passion for mobile applications, I have had the opportunity to work with incredible teams to lead the development of over 100 mobile app projects. Mobile and wearable startups I CoFounded, “FlipBeats” and “Expense Tracker 2.0,” resulted in 13 international awards and surpassed Million Downloads across multiple platforms. These accomplishments have generated significant media attention and user satisfaction.
Prior to joining hSenid Software International in 2006, I served as an MIS Consultant for NDB Bank Ltd, working closely with the institution’s top management to drive progress.
I hold an MBA with Distinction from Cardiff Metropolitan University (UWIC), UK, and a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Management Information Systems (MIS) from University College Dublin (UCD), National University of Ireland (NUI).
Beyond my professional ethos, I am dedicated to giving back to academia, by lecturing at affiliates of Staffordshire University UK and the University of Wales UK. By sharing my expertise in fields such as Project Management, HCI, Multimedia, Usability Engineering, and UI/UX I have been able to inspire the next generation of innovators, fostering a collective passion for creating a better world.
