David is a certified Experience Management professional, with over twenty years of work experience, across a range of industries.
David has worked for Australian & multinational companies in Online (ninemsn), Technology (Sun Microsystems/Microsoft), Telco (Vodafone, Optus), Financial services (NAB), and Real Estate (McGrath). David helps companies develop strategies and programs of work to enhance business outcomes and experiences for Staff and Customers.
David has an undergraduate degree from the Australian National University(Chinese), and post-graduate management degrees from the Australian Graduate School of Management (Business Administration) and University of Technology(Marketing). He is a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) and holds Forrester Customer Experience Certification.
